ICOM IC-9700 3U Rack Mount With Multiple Options: Speaker, Magnetic Mike Clip, 30 Amp Power Supply! WE CAN MAKE THIS MULTIPLE WAYS SO CHECK IT OUT! The Magnetic Mike Clip is a great upgrade; everyone knows that the clip included with that Icom mike is not all that great; Novexcomm fixes it with this; you only drill one hole in the mike back to put the "iron pad" on the back to make it stick to the magnet. When you grasp the mike rotate your wrist a few degrees and the magnet lets go allowing you to pull the mike straight-away from the front panel.

This rack mount, as shown, has a speaker mounted to the panel next to the radio... The speaker we use is the same one as MFJ sells as the model 281 "Clear Voice" speaker.
