In working order but I can not test the functionality of the IEEE board. IEEE interface board fitted but is not connected internally.

It is just a single plug in connector to the main PCB. The fan is operational but not a little noisy. There is a small amount of noise (resonance) from. The unit at low voltage 4 volts and high current 15 Amps (using a 12V 25A incandescent lamp as the load).

Otherwise the unit works fine. Input voltage is 230 Vac Condition is used - please see images.
