Use good quality cable ties. Remove the plastic spacer when installing your disc rota. We recommend a 203mm disc rots and adaptor plate on the rear as the hub motor is big and it's possible it may rub on your rear brake calliper.

Use thread lock on your disc rotor bolts. This will prevent your disc rotor bolts coming loose and damaging the power cable to the motor. For longevity & reliability this kit is best suited to 250W / 1000w peak power.

The wheels spokes may relax. You may need to tighten some spokes after a test ride. We recommend fitting two torque arms (this kit comes with two) Please fit them both. Please do regular checks on your bike.

Axle nuts & torque arms are tight. Motor cable is clear from the disc rota. Coat your wheel in GT85. This helps to protect it from any corrosion.
