It requires a full set of valves plus a suitable choke as these are missing [4 off EL84 + 2 off EZ81 + 2 off 12AX7] The mains tranny is the original but the voltage selector has been removed and the supply set at 240 volts The two outputs are not original and are lower in power than the originals would have been but it should still put out around 20WPC when finished I will supply a circuit diagram although some info can be a bit ambiguous This unit is very heavy at approx 6 kgs.
