Quad 303 amplifier spare parts amp and PSU boards built/tested + blanks
Electronic Components for all of your needs. Quad 303 amplifier spare parts - amp and PSU boards built/tested + blanks. Quad 303 power amplifier spare parts. 303 Amplifier board assembly (M12038) (equivalent to Quad part no: Q03AMPA) 303 Regulator board assembly (M12035) (equivalent to Quad part no: Q03REPA). These are brand new replacement circuit boards, fully built, tested, and calibrated to Quad specifications, by us. Only top quality components are used; 2N5320/2N5322 driver transistors, Wima film capacitors, Nichicon audio grade electrolytic capacitors. The Amplifier board has all component values to Quad specifications except for the inductor which is slightly larger for better throughput, and the input decoupling capacitor which has been upgraded to 1µF from 0.68µF. This is a known improvement which extends the low end (Bass) rolloff down to about 20Hz from the standard 30Hz, making the amplifier more compatible with modern pre-amplifiers. Based on the latest Quad M12038.10 board. The wonderful warm sound for which the 303 is renowned is completely maintained. The Regulator board again has all component values to Quad specifications, and 2N5320 driver transistor. Based on the latest Quad M12035.5 board.
The Bare board set includes 2 amplifier boards and 1 regulator board, with no components. They are designed to be replicas of the original boards, and thus have no component markings or values.
The Component Kit is a complete set of all components to make a full set of boards, but excludes the bare boards. All components are sourced from major authorised distributors, and stocks are constantly refreshed to keep them new. No old stocks here unless specifically stated in a listing. I also service and repair vintage Quad 33 and 303 pre and power amplifiers, and sell parts and cables.
