Radio tester bench power supply converter amps volts etc

  

Here we have a bench power supply converter amps volts etc.... This came with some parts that i bought and i don't know anything about it. I took the top off so the insides can be seen to maybe identify it.

I did plug it in and an orange light came on and the left dial moved but that is as far as i got. Maybe a bargain for someone.
