The original box and power supply are included as well as a short MIDI amp switching cable and a longer heavy duty stereo cable with Neutrik ends. The Amp Gizmos manual is available at RJMs website under Downloads", then "Legacy Products. The included MIDI cable has 8 pins on one end and 5 pins on the other end. This unit will switch channels on most any amp and in many cases totally replace the footswitch/footcontroller.

It will add MIDI switching capability to amps that lack it, and control other amp functions like Reverb, FX Loop, etc etc. And that is just a few of the things this unit will do.
